Jericha's 9th birthday surprise cake with her favorite star parading on the "stage" and blinking lights too. The color of the cake is inspired by Taylor Swift's "Speak Now" album cover, the frame by her signature sparkly guitar and the stairs on her "Speak Now" tour. The picture is edible image on white chocolate. Chocolate cake filled with Belgium chocolate ganache.
